Ordered by email 30m2 of tiles which we were told were in stock and could be collected.
We then sent a driver over to Leeds to collect tiles were palleted up ready great so far.
Tiler receives tiles and starts fixing only to realise we haven't been given enough which turns out a clear error on the paper work (from ceramique int)
The attitude we have met with is so rude poor and unprofessional no apology even though we are having to send our driver back through to collect the missing tiles.
Over all quality tiles very poor service and attitudes.

One of the few tile shops that no there products inside out. Fabulous products and great service. Rang about so tiles I bought 7 years ago and Cameron knew straight way. In stock from there huge onsite warehouse. They've just got to find them!
