The L profile furniture collection is the result of an exercise that Mezzo Atelier makes starting from an imperative, to only use the metallic L profile to structure furniture.

The closings are then made with other materials like wood, plywood, stones or even tiles, offering multiple variations without loosing the simple construction and aesthetic principle. The materials are kept as natural and raw as possible, allowing them to have their artisanal and handmade character. There are several pieces of furniture developed with this concept: tables, chairs, bookcases, dressers and benches for instance. This research results in a series of simple furniture where the canonic materials achieve a new aesthetic dimension and the quality of unique and handmade pieces are explicit in the finished product.
