A complete makeover of the apartment (140 sq. m.) in Valle dei Casali area, Rome: a striking example of fusion with the exterior nature reached with a skilful use of lights and nuances, and realised with a custom-cut project of interior design. The glass walls, the use of white and the partitioning of interior spaces convey a smooth transition between the rooms and the exterior space, with a charming view of the roman countryside.
The white walls contrast with the “Trico” paving, creating warm and bright spaces. A great attention was paid to the choice of materials. Talking about the bathrooms, it varies from the recycled natural wood used for the washbasin's top (MOAB80) in the first bathroom, to the much warmer hues of the country bathroom top, used to highlight the covering color. The Milo faucets perfectly fit in the project; they are manufactured by CEA, a cutting-edge company with a strong environmental awareness. Pavings and coverings are by Mutina: the company supports art projects joining technology and craftsmanship. The kitchen is made of paperstone, an eco-friendly material obtained from common recycled paper, highly resistant to traction, pressure, abrasion and fire. Both certified fixtures and LED lighting are eco-saving.
