AMPLIAMENTO E RISTRUTTURAZIONE COMPLETA CHIAVI IN MANO ESTERNI e INTERNI

MQ TOTALI: 350 mq TOTALE PIANI ABITATIVI= 3 Piani + giardino COMMITTENTI= Una coppia di giovani Professionisti con due figli ESIGENZE=Creare un piano in più (il mansardato) ribassando la quota di solaio precedente e creare una loggia e una terrazza grandi sul giardino. Richiesti e realizzati 4 bagni e tre camere da letto di cui una padronale con cabina armadio e vasca idromassaggio esclusiva.

La Ristrutturazione con ampliamento di questa villa in Provincia di Arezzo ha coinvolto a tutto tondo lo Studio Rachele Biancalani che ha curato ogni singolo aspetto della Progettazione Architettonica e dell’Interior Design dalla definizione del Layout Architettonico di tutti e tre i piani decidendo che demolizioni e che ricostruzioni eseguire, al disegno della loggia aggiunta con l’ampliamento della villa fino al Progetto di Lighting Design e al disegno dei numerosi arredi su misura della Villa. Tutte le scelte cromatiche dal colore degli intonaci esterni a l’ultimo dei quattro bagni, tutti i materiali utilizzati in interno ed in esterno, il disegno, il colore, la forma degli infissi realizzati su progetto sono stati pensati e condivisi tra la Progettista e la Committenza. Come spesso accade la Committenza era composta da quattro soggetti di età variegate tra loro, ognuno con i propri gusti, le proprie esigenze e caretteri molto forti che hanno reso molto complesso da parte dello Studio di Rachele Biancalani accordare tutti i suoni e allo stesso tempo mantenere un’integrità progettuale degna di tale nome per tutti gli anni in cui è durata la progettazione e l’esecuzione dei lavori. Un’altra grossa difficoltà riscontrata dalla Progettista è stato lavorare, almeno inizialmente, con maestranze scelte in autonomia dalla Committenza che si sono dimostrate inadatte ad eseguire lavori tanto raffinati che, come da progetto, prevedevano l’inserimento di dettagli come porte e sportelli a filomuro, illuminazione radente, bagni con molti elementi in muratura da rivestire in resina e corpi illuminanti integrati nella muratura stessa. La villa di 350mq si sviluppa su tre livelli sfalsati a quota -1 rispetto alla strada principale. Il primo piano della palazzina, dal quale si accede dalla Strada alberata di un paese in Provincia di Arezzo, ospita le camere da letto ed è caratterizzato dal parquet in noce nazionale montato a spina francese; lo stesso legno montato a correre si ritrova al piano mansardato che ospita un salotto, uno studio, una cameretta oltre alla soffitta ed un bagno; al piano terra con ampio giardino invece si trova la zona giorno caratterizzata da pavimenti in grès effetto travertino bianco di ceramica REX. La Committenza desiderava ambienti dallo stile elegante e allo stesso tempo funzionali, ecco perchè la Progettista ha rivoluzionato completamente la planimetria del piano terra (che in precedenza ospitava un centro estetico!) ampliando alcune aperture sia interne che in facciata, che hanno reso gli ambienti comunicanti lasciando filtrare la luce naturale dalle enormi finestre che sono state realizzate su progetto. Nella zona giorno si nota la predominanza del colore bianco con inserimenti di grigio caldo. Se si osserva con attenzione però il bianco ha una texture che va dal glitter al “raschiato” come si nota facilmente nel corrimano in cartongesso retroilluminato realizzato su progetto di Rachele Biancalani che caratterizza il corpo scala di tutti e tre i piani. I prodotti utilizzati per le imbiancature sono Oikos al piano terra e Sikkens al piano primo nel quale in ogni stanza abbiamo un esplosione di colore. I soffitti madreperlati delle tre stanze principali del piano terra sono realizzati con Ottocento Antico Velluto di Oikos. Al piano terra l’unica nota di colore è rappresentata nel bagno “SPA” dalle piastrelle artigianali smaltate a mano di Cotto Antiqua in cinque diversi colori di cui uno personalizzato su richiesta della Progettista che ha deciso di abbinarle ad una resina spatolata (Rapidmix) di un color burro chiaro. Questo grande bagno oltre a due ciotole lavabo ospita una grande vasca angolare con cromoterapia e una doccia doppia con getti idromassaggio, seduta in muratura e soffione extra-large Al primo piano dalla camera padronale si accede direttamente alla cabina armadio passante che conduce al bagno padronale. La cabina armadio è stata realizzata su misura ed ospita la console-trucco “Ameliè” con specchio abbinato su progetto di Rachele Biancalani. Nei quattro bagni dell’abitazione la decorazione e gli abbinamenti cromatici variano ogni volta: due sono più maschili e realizzati con resine Kerakoll Design, due sono invece più femminili, dalle forme più morbide e realizzati con resine Rapidmix. Tutti i radiatori dell’abitazione sono Tubes nei modelli Basics, Kubik e Soho. Le rubinetterie sono di Gessi, i lavabo di ceramica Cielo, Flaminia e Arbi, i sanitari Flaminia e Globo. Il nuovo solaio in legno di abete tra piano terra e piano mansardato è stato sbiancato con più mani in modo che l’effetto fosse molto coprente perché così gradiva la Committenza mentre il sotto tetto è stato mordenzato. L’esterno della villa è stato mantenuto fedele alle sue caratteristiche architettoniche originali, pertanto la loggia e il parapetto della grande terrazza a piano primo si integrano perfettamente con i caratteri tipologici dell’edificio, inoltre sono stati inserite pavimentazioni in vera pietra sia sulle terrazze che in tutti i vialetti esterni carrabili e pedonali. Scale, soglie e davanzali sono in pietra serena, tipica toscana.

The Refurbishment with extension of this Villa between Florence and Arezzo, in Tuscany has involved all-round the Studio Rachele Biancalani who took care of every single aspect of the Architectural Design and Interior Design from the definition of the Architectural Layout of all three floors deciding that demolitions and that reconstructions to perform, to the design of the loggia added with the enlargement of the villa up to the Lighting Design Project and to the design of the numerous custom-made furnishings of the Villa. All the chromatic choices from the color of the external plasters to the last of the four bathrooms, all the materials used indoors and outdoors, the design, the color, the shape of the fixtures realized on the project have been designed and shared between the Designer and the Client. As often happens the Client was composed of four subjects of different ages, each with different tastes and different needs that made it very complex by the Studio of Rachele Biancalani to grant all the sounds and at the same time maintain a design integrity for all the years in which the planning and execution of the works lasted. Another major difficulty encountered by the designer was working, at least initially, with workers chosen independently by the client who proved unsuitable to perform such refined work that, as projected, provided for the insertion of details such as doors and flush doors , grazing lighting, bathrooms with many masonry elements to be covered in resin and lighting fixtures integrated into the wall itself. The villa of 350sqm is spread over three staggered levels at an altitude of -1 from the main road. The first floor of the building, which can be accessed from the tree-lined street, houses the bedrooms and is characterized by the parquet in walnut mounted with a French plug; we found the same wood on the attic floor that houses a living room, a study, a bedroom in addition to the attic and a bathroom; on the ground floor with a large garden there is the living area characterized by white stoneware effect ceramic travertine REX. The Client wanted rooms with an elegant yet functional style, that is why the Designer completely revolutionized the ground floor plan (which previously housed an aesthetic center!) By expanding some openings both inside and on the façade, which made the communicating rooms letting natural light filter through the huge windows that have been designed according to plan. In the living area you can see the predominance of the white color with insertions of warm gray. If you look carefully, however, the white has a texture that goes from the glitter to the scraped as you can easily see in the backlit plasterboard handrail made to a design by Rachele Biancalani that characterizes the stairway of all three floors. The products used for the whitewashing are Oikos on the ground floor and Sikkens on the first floor where we have an explosion of color in every room. The ceilings of the three main rooms on the ground floor are made of Ottocento Antico Velluto di Oikos. On the ground floor the only color note is represented in the SPA bathroom by hand-enamelled handmade tiles of Cotto Antiqua in five different colors, one of which is customized on request by the Designer who decided to combine them with a spatulated resin (Rapidmix) of a light colored butter. This large bathroom as well as two sink bowls houses a large corner bath with chromotherapy and a double shower with hydromassage jets, built-in seat and extra large shower head. The first floor from the master bedroom leads directly to the walk-in closet leading to the master bathroom. The walk-in closet has been custom-made and houses the Ameliè makeup console with matching mirror designed by Rachele Biancalani. In the four bathrooms of the house the decoration and color combinations vary every time: two are more masculine and made with Kerakoll Design resins, two are more feminine, with softer shapes and made with Rapidmix resins. All the home's radiators are Tubes in the Basics, Kubik and Soho models. The taps are by Gessi, the Cielo, Flaminia and Arbi ceramic sinks, the Flaminia and Globo sanitary ware. The new floor in fir wood between ground floor and attic floor was bleached with more hands so that the effect was very opaque because it pleased the customer while the under roof was etched. The exterior of the villa has been kept true to its original architectural features, so the loggia and the parapet of the large terrace on the first floor are perfectly integrated with the typological features of the building, also have been inserted in real stone paving on the terraces in all driveways and pedestrian driveways.
