This company has been horrible. Absolutely horrible. They put on a nice friendly front but take ages to complete the project. I had a fence installed and it was like pulling teeth. They left huge gaps under the fence for months. My dog escaped the fence because the bottom was not securely attached with wire. They only put a couple bolts in the gate hinges so the gate drags and is hard to move. As I got more aggravated communication got worse and worse. They've dragged everything out and made this an awful experience. They also would show up on my property unannounced. NOT OKAY!
Pinewood Landscaping has been phenomenal is every way. They installed our paver patio, paver walkway, and hydroseeded our entire yard exceeding our expectations. Additionally, they perform all of our irrigation maintenance. The entire staff is friendly, polite, and always responsive. I have and will continue to recommend Pinewood Landscaping to everyone.
