Cannot speak more highly about these guys, they came out the next day and did an amazing job in getting my TV going again. They had to put up a new aerial with the result that the picture is better than it has ever been. They were delightful and went to so much trouble to make sure it was all working properly. Very reasonable too. Really can recommend them.

Excellent TV aerial fitting service. 4yrs later - same day replacement of satellite TV dish and LNB at very reasonable price - you can't top that.
Had an ethernet cable installation booked a week and half in advance only to be called the day before to be told the job isn't possible when the guy on the phone said it's a simple job.
Even though they have a dedicated Weston-super-Mare site I was told it's too far to travel to WSM, and because of covid it wouldn't be possible to check if the job was actually viable.
The woman who called me was looking for every opportunity not to do the job. Have found another company now, book elsewhere if you want to save time.

Katherine and her colleague were really courteous and considerate, immediately removing their shoes on arrival and asking to have a vacuum cleaner and cloth to hand. They mounted my two TVs onto the wall really swiftly and efficiently, giving me excellent advice about the ideal positioning, being patient while I deliberated, and cleaned up after they had drilled into the walls. Highly recommend.

AKM Aerials just put my new satellite system in for me. They were fantastic on the phone. They contacted me the night before to check. They were courteous, tidy and helpful. I would recommend them highly.
Despicable customer service. Turned up 30 mins early to an appointment and acted indignantly when asked to hold on. Looked for every reason not to do the job despite having it booked in for several weeks and being very clear about what needed to be done. Unable to take on board feedback about the poor level of customer service and became aggressive and threatening. Would not recommend.
