Joao Morgado is an architectural photographer based in Portugal and since 2007 he has been working with some of the most respected architects in Portugal and abroad.

Biographical Note
2014 - Winner of ARCAID Architectural Photography Award 2014 - Category 'Sense of Place'
2013 - Introduces a new approach to architectural photography with Aerial Photography of Architecture using RC drones.
2012 - Represented by the main international agency for architectural photography - VIEW Pictures, London.
2011-2012 - Alongside the photographic assignments, develops architecture photography workshops in Lisbon, Cascais and Porto.
2010 - Founded his company 'Joao Morgado - Architectural Photography'
2008-2010 - Speaker at conferences on architectural photography at the Lusiada Lisbon University, Fnac Coimbra and Pecha Kucha.
2008 - His photographic works were awarded in several photography competitions in Portugal
2007 - Starts his activity as architectural photographer collaborating regularly with several renowned national and international architecture offices.
