The Service and Attention to Detail from Nick Gill and his Team at Karl Benz, from the initial enquiry (acknowledged on a Sunday by Nick), the designing of the kitchen within our new extension along with numerous visits to the Showroom, never rushed, always made to feel welcome, right up to Jason and Graham the fitters has been absolutely Outstanding... nothing has been to much trouble for them!
Everything arrived on time and when we realised we needed a few more items they were ordered immediately from Germany and arrived promptly- we never had to chase anything with Karl Benz, they were always on the front foot.
Having run retail businesses myself , my Partner and my standards were high and the Team at Karl Benz have exceeded them in every respect. Went there for a kitchen quote. Even though we had paid for the consultation the arcitct was not very enthusiastic about the plan and kept rushing us to get it done. Wasn't interested in what we had to say.. Not very friendly considering the prices they selling their kitchens at they need to work on their customer services.
